Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to delineate the roadmap, priorities, and detailed business requirements
• Break down comprehensive business requirements into actionable features and stories alongside the Product Owner and engineering team
• Maintain and enhance Rally work items to ensure comprehensive coverage of all required attributes and facilitate issue resolution
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to align team objectives and optimize workflow
• Document technical requirements and solutions comprehensively within the team’s wiki

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within projects focusing on backend systems and API integrations
• Proficiency in managing Invoicing processes including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Skills in Discovery, Epic, and Feature planning, coupled with expertise in story creation
• Competency in documenting backend components using tools like Lucidchart and Miro
• Strong communication skills for regular interactions with Product Owners and end customers
• Understanding of AWS technology stack and familiarity with cloud environments
• Experience in working on large projects with multiple distributed teams
• Familiarity with principal roles and components of SAFe
• Qualifications in English language proficiency at B2+ level for effective writing and speaking

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in invoice processing adjustments and standards
