If you are an experienced professional passionate about DevOps and looking for a challenging and rewarding role, join our team as a Senior Cloud Engineer / DevOps Engineer. At EPAM, you will be involved in a project focused on transitioning existing Microservices hosted in AWS.
Your expertise will be pivotal in modernizing our infrastructure deployment and management processes.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of infrastructure provisioning and deployment models in a new AWS tenant
- Foster collaboration with the project team to ensure successful delivery of DevOps solutions
- Utilize Amazon Web Services, including Amazon EC2, to proficiently deploy and maintain systems
- Implement and manage Apache Kafka, Docker, Linux, and nginx to ensure streamlined operations
- Facilitate team efforts to seamlessly integrate PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis (not required)
- Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
Requirements
- Strong expertise in DevOps with a focus on Amazon EC2 and Amazon Web Services
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka, Docker, Linux, and nginx
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Java Microservice Infrastructure, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis
