Responsibilities
- Lead a team of marketing project managers in supporting marketing programs and processes
- Oversee the marketing operations team as they administer campaigns and manage marketing platforms
- Drive the optimization and governance of end-to-end marketing processes
- Develop a roadmap for marketing technology infrastructure and collaborate with internal and external resources for implementation
- Ensure the effective integration and deployment of Martech stacks, focusing on funnel optimization, goal definitions, data tracking, and analytics aligned with budget and timeline
- Collaborate with the Microsoft Dynamics team to implement appropriate process automation for marketing lead management
- Manage and segment marketing prospect and customer databases using Marketo
- Monitor and enforce lead management processes and service-level agreements
- Maintain lead and account scoring models and ensure data integrity, including compliance with global privacy laws
- Develop and deliver marketing reports and dashboards by analyzing data from Google Analytics, Marketo, and other relevant marketing systems, focusing on campaign ROI, data visualization, and funnel analysis
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with expertise in Marketo and Dynamics CRM
- Strong understanding of lead management, database management, and the application of current marketing technologies to enhance conversion and efficiency
- Proficient in BI tools, with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, multinational teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills and a passion for innovation

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140K - $180K.
