As a Lead Software Test Automation Engineer who based in Thailand, you will be responsible on propose and implement complex solutions, with establish the measurable goals, to ensure the effective performance.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver test automation and test automation frameworks in the projects
- Establish measurable goals, evaluate test automation tools, and ensure effective performance regardless of tools or programming languages used
- Propose and implement complex solutions, including test framework, CI/CD and integrations with tracking systems
- Client-facing, you will actively engage in meetings, customer interviews and participate in customer workshops and presentations
- Collaborate and influence across multiple teams to ensure high quality delivery verification and validation activities
- Understand, assess and improve current processes and procedures
What You Have
- At least 7 years of software testing and test automation experience (can be combined)
- Strong technical background in Java programming language
- Experience in working with at least one application interface, such as Web UI, Mobile UI, Desktop UI
- Familiarity with at least one architectural style and pattern, along with a solid understanding of product architecture
- Ability to write unit tests and fix product defects if necessary
- Strong knowledge of software development, software testing and test automation processes
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
