DESCRIPTION
Do you have a software engineering background and strong knowledge in C++? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Senior C++ Developer.
We are looking for candidates from Malaga or ready to relocate to Malaga area, as the candidate who might join this specific team/project should be ready to work from office 4 days/week.
Our team work with support from the CMCC (EPAM's Capital Markets Competency Centre) to develop and maintain a green field application which will quickly create CME orders from AlphaFlash news feed data stream. Our main preference is to count on developers/engineers who have worked in capital markets or trading previously. The application will use existing libraries provided by CMCC.
What You Have
- 3+ years of production experience in software development as Lead Software Developer
- Strong experience working with C++
- Ability to work on your own and in a small team
- Honest approach to problem-solving, and ability to collaborate with peers, stakeholders and management
- Ability to take responsibility for the development process
- Linux platform development
- Low latency applications development experience
- Fin-tech domain knowledge/experience
- Great communication skills in English, as you will be having meetins with senior technical staff from client
- Based in Malaga (Spain) or ready to relocate to Malaga area, as the candidate who might join this specific team/project should be ready to work from office 4 days/week
Nice to have
- Understanding of best practices in applications scalability
- Experience in modern C++
- BA/SA experience
- Linux shell advanced user
- Unix tests writing experience
