Requirements

• Lead Business Analyst: Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development projects
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of business analysts, including task planning, delegation, and results-driven management
• Documentation Excellence: A track record of producing high-quality customer-facing documentation that reflects our commitment to precision
• Performance Management: Proficiency in planning, implementing, and measuring team performance, ensuring continuous growth and achievement
• Project Reporting: The capability to design and maintain project reporting systems, catering to the needs of both internal and client stakeholders
