Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Lead strategic business analysis activities, setting the foundation for project success
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with stakeholders across the project spectrum, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Requirements: Expertly gather, analyze, and document software requirements, translating complex concepts into actionable insights
- Documentation: Create and meticulously maintain project artifacts and technical specifications, upholding documentation standards
- Solution Validation: Validate intricate solutions, ensuring they not only meet but exceed requirements and expectations
- Communication: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, communicating insights and fostering a cohesive project environment
- Process Improvement: Drive the enhancement of requirement management and development processes, championing continuous improvement
- Leadership: Lead, guide, and inspire a team of business analysts, leveraging your expertise to foster growth and success
- Documentation Quality: Craft high-quality customer-facing documentation, reflecting our commitment to excellence
- Performance Metrics: Implement and measure team performance metrics, driving accountability and growth
- Reporting: Develop and maintain project reporting mechanisms, keeping stakeholders well-informed at all levels

Requirements
- Lead Business Analyst: Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development projects
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of business analysts, including task planning, delegation, and results-driven management
- Documentation Excellence: A track record of producing high-quality customer-facing documentation that reflects our commitment to precision
- Performance Management: Proficiency in planning, implementing, and measuring team performance, ensuring continuous growth and achievement
- Project Reporting: The capability to design and maintain project reporting systems, catering to the needs of both internal and client stakeholders
- Collaborative Spirit: A natural inclination toward collaborative teamwork, fostering synergy among cross-functional teams
