EPAM is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium involved in enhancing and evolving an online insurance purchasing portal for our valued Insurance customer. Our team operates under a Scrum-based approach with quarterly planning cycles.
You will be required to be on client site in Antwerp 1-2 days a week and you must be a fluent English and Dutch speaker.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, particularly the Product Owner, to comprehend project requirements and objectives
- Lead the technical coordination and delegation of tasks within the development team
- Develop and implement required functionalities with a focus on high-quality code
- Provide technological guidance to business stakeholders, discussing possibilities, limitations, dependencies, complexity, and maintainability of solutions
- Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless integration of components and features
- Produce thorough technical documentation for both internal and external reference
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the development process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in a Senior Full Stack Developer role, demonstrating a strong command of full-stack development practices
- Proficiency in analyzing complex problems and providing innovative technical solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience working within an Agile framework, ideally with Scrum-based methodologies
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic development environment
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results
- Fluent English and Dutch speaker
