We are currently looking to add to the team that supports our US recruitment from one of our locations in North America. This role will be responsible for supporting various managers from design, innovation and instructional design. If this sounds like a role for you, please read the details below.
This can be a remote position and a majority of our US employees work Eastern/Central time zone business hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with various EPAM teams generate talent pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent while still owning the complete recruiting lifecycle from end to end
  • Use strong time management skills to work with candidates and EPAM managers that are located in many geographic locations
  • Provide subject matter expertise as a Talent Acquisition Partner to stakeholders
  • Leverage most effective hiring sources and strong networking skills to help meet recruitment needs
  • Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidates
  • Negotiate and manage the complete offer process by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, relocation, mobility and HR teams
  • Be a candidate advocate and hiring manager advisor throughout the full life cycle of position
  • Keep data and records of candidate and process as required by company

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring
  • Experience with recruiting IT/Technology candidates
  • Experience consulting with business partners to intake demand and report on supply
  • Experience identifying the top talent using creative tactics
  • Excellent follow up and time management skills – must be a go-getter
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Ability to be agile in process, to think on your feet, and get involved as a subject matter expert when needed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office. To protect employees and help communities fight the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination is required to visit a EPAM office in the US, and many of our clients have similar policies in place. Due to this, a COVID-19 vaccination may be necessary and when applicable, specific details will be discussed during the interview process which may include providing proof of vaccination.   • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
