Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist for our German office to make the team even stronger.
Are you passionate about driving brand strategies and creating seamless talent acquisition experiences? Are you able to effectively manage, optimise, and report on marketing campaigns? Can you see yourself working within a dynamic global environment with a main focus on supporting our teams in DACH in attracting and engaging talent?

If so, EPAM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to help drive recruitment and employer branding in DACH, manage and be involved in a variety of activities ranging from global marketing projects to localised content creation, from digital marketing campaigns to virtual and in-person events, exploring new channels and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and communicate a comprehensive Talent Acquisition marketing strategy across several proven channels
  • Set the vision, build programs and generate awareness of EPAM’s career opportunities through the development of a marketing campaign targeted at our different talent segments
  • Partner with the Marketing team to establish and promote EPAM’s talent brand and execute a strong social media strategy
  • Develop new and alternative ways to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career advancement opportunities to expand our Talent Community
  • Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates
  • Maintain a constant focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key members of the hiring team
  • Monitor EPAM’s geographic markets for hire qualified candidates

Requirements

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • 2+ years working in a Marketing related social media platform environment capable of maximizing brand awareness
  • Any recruiting experience is a huge plus for this role
  • Experience with campaigns, tagging and various technical marketing tools is preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate, align, and energize the hiring team
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent software skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
  • Fluent German and English language Skills
