Are you a Support Analyst skilled in UNIX/Linux and Shell Scripting? Are you a natural problem-solver who is keen on providing solutions to complex challenges and enjoys continuous learning? Responsibilities

  • Provide global application support to the stakeholders across various functions
  • You will work in a corporate set-up while showing a passion for technology through your projects
  • You’ll be working in the Technology Operations Centre within Investment Banking & Execution Services
  • Responsible for ensuring the availability and stability of all technology systems, that includes Client connectivity , Order Management Systems , Algo & Smart Order Router as well as connectivity to key exchanges in the EMEA

Requirements

  • Able to show technically proficient in UNIX/LINUX
  • Good knowledge of Shell Scripting
  • Experience with RDBMS &Autosys
  • Familiar with ITIL processes
  • A Client-Service centered mindset
  • Zest to pick up and self-learn new technologies and business flows
  • Ability to articulate well (verbally and in writing) his/her projects including rational and thinking behind some of the problems
