Responsibilities

  • Responsible for talent marketing and candidate attraction for our Mexico business and, as we continue to grow, in Colombia
  • Develop, implement and communicate a comprehensive talent acquisition marketing strategy across a variety of proven and new channels
  • Set the vision, build programs and generate awareness of EPAM’s career opportunities through the development of marketing campaigns targeted at our different talent segments
  • Partner with the Marketing team to establish and promote EPAM’s talent brand and execute an engagingsocial media strategy
  • Participate in, and potentially lead, global talent marketing projects alongside your 26 talent marketing peers
  • Develop new and alternative ways to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career advancement opportunities to expand our talent community
  • Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates
  • Establish partnerships with universities and associations relevant to our business model and build talent networks within desired talent populations
  • Maintain a constant focus on the market and disseminate market intelligence to key members of the hiring team

Requirements

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • 2+ years working in a Marketing role
  • Understanding of the Mexico IT Market from a talent perspective. Recruiting experience is a huge plus
  • Experience working with a variety of marketing tools including email and social media marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Experience in organizing logistics for events (virtual and in-person)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to energize, align, and energize the hiring team
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information and ensure confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
  • Excellent written language skills in both English and Spanish
