Product Manager Moscow, Russia

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer representative in all team meetings
• Participate in product planning and forecasts with the product management team
• Support initial market research to qualify the Product vision
• Maintain and prioritize the release backlog for the next 3-6 month
• Leads requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed — consulting with product management, implementations, clients, and other stakeholders
• Defining the main product requirements and key features / tracking / analyzing / prioritizing them
• Attends scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos
• Leads backlog grooming to decompose and estimate stories
• Creates mockups and works with UX on design and types of users/personas
• Answer questions from developers and clarifies requirements
• Documents the new feature for implementations and release notes
• Write acceptance criteria
• Demonstrate the latest iterations to customers (pre-release) and gathers feedback
• Test and accept deliverables
• Obtaining clarifications and sign-off (as needed) from various stakeholders to unblock delivery
• Assist in defining the date and content for a release
• Develop and maintain product success measurements (KPIs)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Proxy-Product Owner or 3+ years of business analyst experience
• Fundamental knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment, preferably having experience working in Agile teams (more than one) as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager
• Understanding of specific terms, standards, processes and pertaining technologies for E-Commerce
• Understanding of application programming, quality assurance, database and system design
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads), user experience and visual design teams, and subject matter experts
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
• Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with business
• Very strong English written and verbal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with an ability to form a vision

Nice to have

• Experienced performing product manager or product owner job functions will be considered as a significant advantage
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• MDM, PIM, DAM Experience
• This position might require travel to customer sites
• Product Management related certification is an advantage
