Junior CI/CD Automation Engineer

Currently we are looking for a Junior CI/CD Automation Engineer for our Prague office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a Junior CI/CD Automation Engineer for a long-running project at EPAM ODC for a Global Investment Bank.

Our five (and more to come) Agile development teams are working on different features of a large enterprise application in financial risk management/regulatory reporting domain. You will be joining a sixth distributed (Prague + Kyiv) Processes team that is tasked with establishing development processes and development tools to enable development teams smoothly and in automated fashion deliver code changes from check-in to production.


  • Write automation scripts;
  • Own CI /CD project layer – configure and maintain TeamCity builds;
  • Identify process performance bottlenecks/manual steps; suggest ways to eliminate them and implement automation.


  • Git, JIRA, Confluence, TeamCity, Nexus;
  • Power Shell, Python, SQL;
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and CI/CD;
  • Familiarity with C#, R, Nolio is not expected but is a plus;
  • Getting the right things done in the right way person;
  • English of Intermediate+ (B1+) or higher, readiness to communicate with variety of stakeholders;
  • Working experience in Agile setups (Kanban/Scrum);
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability and desire to work in a multinational/multicultural environment (8 locations, 5 time zones).
