We are looking for a proficient Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account plans with overall business strategy
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to develop tailored business strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
  • Lead and mentor a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals
  • Drive team initiatives to enhance client engagement and account growth
  • Utilize industry knowledge to understand client challenges and provide relevant solutions
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the life sciences sector
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes effectively, maintaining positive client relationships

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in account management
  • Proven leadership experience in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated participation in large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of life sciences industry
  • Skills in account strategy and planning
  • Expertise in client relationship management
  • Proficiency in business strategy development
  • Capability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
  • Fluency in English
