We are looking a Cloud Support QA Specialist (Infrastructure & Network) to make our team even stronger.

EPAM Systems provides 24/7 support service for users of a major Cloud platform. Support team is distributed between multiple locations. We are hiring Cloud professionals to extend our multi language Cloud Support team, based in Tokyo, Japan.

  • Provide quality check support to team members using Cloud Platform products, Cloud infrastructures including VMs, Kuberentes, Network and related services
  • Provide technical assistance and support as part of a global 24x7-support organization
  • Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve case handling skills of team members
  • Document issues related to case handling and provide coaching to team members
  • Identify issues and work with internal support teams to implement effective solutions


  • 5+ years’ experience fully as either QA or cloud based infrastructure services
  • Understanding Cloud technology such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with REST API, Git and machine learning framework such as scikit-learn
  • Familiar with Infrastructure as a service and virtual infrastructure concepts
  • Firm understanding of Cloud network environment and relevant services
  • Business level English skill (B2+)
  • Japanese Native Level or JLPT N1 Language skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes architectures, technologies and solutions
  • Experience with Virtual machines
  • Experience with ISTIO
  • Experience with development in Cloud environment (DEV OPS)
  • Experience in technical support: familiarity with case prioritization, SLA compliance, and quality
  • Experience with PaaS and IaaS technologies
