Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We welcome Senior Business Analysts to join our Content Competency Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for both technology-agnostic business analysis and CMS (SharePoint, ADAM or something else) consulting.

Since for the second part CMS knowledge is essential, trainings will be provided in case of necessity.

Besides project activities our specialists are also involved in pre-sales processing.

Project description:

EPAM Content Competency Center delivers online, portal and document management solutions. Our team consists of 750+ people focused on Adobe CQ, MS SharePoint, EMC Documentum, ADAM, SDL Tridion, OpenText, Drupal, etc. We are experts in development of public web sites, intranets, document management, search and portal solutions. Our department is specialized in end-to-end implementation services incl. Design and Strategy, Architecture, Implementation, Migration and Support.


  • Elicit and analyze customer requirements;
  • Create and update Software Requirements Specification documents (representing information in various formats – UML/BPMN diagrams, mockups, tables and text);
  • Communicate requirements to a project team (be a liaison between a customer and team members);
  • Make sure that functionality is implemented according to the requirements;
  • Assess if customer requirements are covered by CMS out-of-the-box functionality and what customization is needed;
  • Analyze if customer requirements can be changed to meet CMS OOB functionality as much as possible without affecting Business Goals, and make corresponding proposals.


  • BA experience in IT (3+ years);
  • Experience in modeling and prototyping (2+ years);
  • Experience in direct communication with a customer (1+ years);
  • English level: Upper Intermediate/Advanced;
  • CMS (SharePoint, ADAM or something else) knowledge and experience is an advantage.
