Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for HPC cluster
- Monitoring of the cluster on an infrastructure level
- Monitoring of the cluster on the performance level
- Assist users/groups who use HPC cluster in troubleshooting performance issues/HPC applications issues
- Apply configuration changes on the cluster using configuration management tools
- Work closely with internal support teams, suggesting possible changes to improve the performance
- Support the cluster's maintenance windows for general updates
Requirements
- Strong Linux
- Good Spoken English
- Ansible
- Monitoring: Ichinga, ELK, Prometheus
- Virtualization: OpenStack/Vmware
- Containers : LXD/Docker
- Shared File system: NFS/SAMBA/GPFS/Lustre
- CI/CD:Jenkins
- AD/LDAP
- Scripting skills :Python, bash
- Strong Troubleshooting
- Solid customer communication
