Our Senior Managers focus on delivering value for EPAM clients, architecting and selling value-added solutions and to help grow our CIO Advisory and Technology Consulting practice. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Value for EPAM Clients:
    • Enable client business and technology leaders and their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process and technology mindset to business alignment, technology strategy and technology tactics
    • Partner with EPAM’s client relationship owners and practice delivery management teams to continually deliver stellar client results and help EPAM brand stickiness
    • Establish trusted advisor status by proactively capitalizing on opportunities to deepen client relationships
  • Architect, Sell and Deliver Value-Added Solutions:
    • Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with EPAM sales leadership, account management and delivery teams to create distinct and valuable customer centric solutions
    • Work with sales and account management leadership to target clients with high potential to benefit from CIO Strategy Advisory Services and broader Business Consulting offerings
    • Engage with clients to understand their strategic challenge(s) and architect viable and value-added solutions that result in measurable business benefit
    • Identify additional opportunities to provide value-added services and work with Sales and Account Management to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Help grow the CIO Advisory and Technology Practice:
    • Work with EPAM practice leaders to shape and deliver CIO Advisory and Technology service offerings
    • Develop thought leadership content and collateral to expand the breadth of CIO&T Service Offerings
    • Proactively develop expertise with best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions that enhance our value proposition including: Technology Trends & Innovations, Technology & Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture, Operating Model Design & Value Creation, Organizational Capabilities & Change Management


  • Business & Technology Acumen:
    • Understanding of general business operations and challenges in one or more domains\industries, with the ability to map and align people, process and technology strategies and solutions to business goals in the enterprise business context
    • Deep appreciation of evolving business models and technology strategies
    • Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to identify and generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
    • Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting engagements and as a corporate technology leader and/or as an external consultant with a good grasp of the expectations of and challenges faced by our technology leaders daily
  • IT/Technology Leadership:
    • Hands-on experience understanding and applying latest technology trends & innovation and how they can be applied for digital transformation and operational value creation
    • Serve as a liaison between Business, Operations, and the technology teams to translate business strategies into corresponding technology strategies
    • Ability to help quantify technology’s impact on business outcomes and help our clients’ technology organizations become more customer-centric and product-centric
    • Experience adapting Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as Zachmann or TOGAF to specific client needs
    • Experience throughout the end-to-end technology leadership lifecycle from opportunity identification and strategy formulation to design and implementation of operating models, organizations and related roadmaps
    • Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
    • Manage relationships across all business and functional areas
    • Working knowledge and experience in one or more cloud provider/solutions sets and related concepts such as DevSecTestOps, APIs and microservices
  • Organizational Design and Change Management Experience:
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience architecting People, Process and Technology strategies and solutions across multiple domains based on client needs
    • Experience in being a part of or applying structured organizational change management approaches across all facets of technology-related change
  • Technology Services Sales Experience:
    • Experience leading and supporting pursuits in an environment comprised of a dedicated sales team, account relationship owners and delivery teams
    • Act as a liaison across various EPAM practice areas to develop integrated value proposition and drive the creation of client proposals and RFP Responses
  • Consulting Organization Leadership:
    • Experience leading and growing teams either within an organization as a Consultant and/or Internal IT/Technology Leader
  • Passion for continuous learning and developing themselves
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in an internal Business\Technology or technology consulting environment
