As an IT recruiter for the USA team you will develop experience and global knowledge that will have an important impact within the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Expected to be self-managed, work without supervision
  • Provides expertise in challenging and brand new domain projects and tasks
  • Key contributor to work group/project
  • Direct impact on teams/projects designing processes, methods based on medium to long-term objectives
  • Acts as corporate culture delivery agent
  • Contributes to adjacent groups/teams
  • Provides good reasoning to issues or risks identified
  • Provides expert opinion how those issues can be addressed
  • Develops and contributes trustful and respectful long-term relationship within process stakeholders

What You Have

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment industry
  • Should be capable of interviewing candidates in English 100% and conduct pre-screening of resumes as per organizational std’s
  • Detail and Data oriented
  • Team player
  • Proactive
  • Highly proficient and developing or has developed a comprehensive knowledge of job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, sourcing channel expansion and cost optimization
  • Advance English communication
