On this role, you will have a good visibility, will be involved into new and existing interesting projects useful for all EPAM community.

  • Review, develop & maintain the process, tools
  • Define the blockers, work on solutions
  • Gather and confirm business requirements related to Workforce Planning and Management (WPM) programs and services (Rotation process in particular, collaborating with different process participants)
  • Work with analytical part, take measurements and interpreting data
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions
  • Arrange data quality process
  • Cooperate with WPM team to present new improvements in tools, services, processes
  • Conduct presentations to different audiences


  • 3+ years’ experience on a similar role
  • Ability to analyze key issues and trends, develop and implement solutions
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in development and maintenance of cross-company processes and relationships
  • Good command of English: both written and spoken (B2 or higher level)
