Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in managing delivery engagements end-to-end on teams averaging 20-50+ FTEs in total, or connected with high visibility and high business impact projects
  • Experience in governing project delivery across the board of all stakeholders. Strong in handling complicated engineering issues, assuring quality and timely delivery
  • Drives engagement(s) of the average size of 30+ FTEs in total
  • Governing the delivery across stakeholders, handling complicated engineering issues, making sure the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality. Is completely responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery
  • Participates in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers
  • Able to advocate, negotiate, tailor and apply best engineering processes. Able to oversee business end of the solution, apply best practices and deliver the possible value out of the effort

Requirements

  • Expected to have at least 8 years of experience in IT and at least 3+ years in positions of Delivery/Team Lead, Coordinator, Solution / Systems / Enterprise Architect, Delivery/Project/Program Manager
  • Proven track record in managing delivery engagements end-to-end on teams averaging 20-50+ FTEs in total, or connected with high visibility and high business impact projects
  • Experience in governing project delivery across the board of all stakeholders
  • Strong in handling complicated engineering issues, assuring quality and timely delivery
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines
  • Experience with outcome based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines
  • Proven experience managing customer, escalations, contracts, rotation, etc
  • Excellent ability to identify specific customer needs and drive closure to identified customer issues
  • Excellent ability to build a strong team environment
  • Able to coach and mentor others on understanding the customer and identifying specific needs
