EPAM Budapest office is looking for Front End Trainer.


  • Mentor new employees in Front End Mentored Education Program
  • Monitor employee performance and ensure stable progress
  • Conduct seminars, training sessions
  • Design training programs, create and review training materials
  • Work with junior developers in internal project as development lead
  • Participate in university training programs as tutor


  • 2+ years of experience in Front End development
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript language (ES 6)
  • Solid understanding of application design, object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Capable of writing maintainable, clean, tested code
  • Site building knowledge
  • Knowledge of NodeJS
  • Knowledge of Angular or React frameworks
  • Knowledge of unit testing (Jasmin, Karma)
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns
  • Experience with Git
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities

Nice to have

  • Proven experience as a trainer
  • Experience as a technical lead
  • Experience with task runners (Gulp, Grunt)
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
