Our ideal candidate is a technical consultant able to assist in the scoping, definition, and execution of the complex tasks of automation testing. As a QA Leader, you will set up and manage effective communication among the customer's business users, development team, and mid-size offshore QA team, analyze the requirements and translate them into the test cases; look for opportunities to improve the test coverage for both manual and automated tests; reduce time-to-market by improving the testing process and overall product quality. In addition, you will be accountable for crafting test strategies, test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.


  • Partner with customer engineers and stakeholders for achieving common goals and team integration;
  • Lead a team of several QA Engineers (both manual and automation testers);
  • Be hands on lead contributor to cross-project automation framework;
  • Drive adoption and adaption of new automation and new QA processes;
  • Work with clients to define high-level quality deliverables;
  • Create and maintain extensive testing framework, both for manual and automated test cases;
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems, review software documentation, plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates;
  • Examine, validate, and test large-scale software development and deployment projects;
  • Create the overall test strategy and test plans for testing software applications including performance, automation, localization, and internationalization;
  • Coordinate test strategy with project managers and others;
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems;
  • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.


  • Highly skilled with Automation Testing;
  • Go-to person for the team when it’s time for front-end and back-end (Java) web application testing;
  • Intermediate to advanced in terms of your SQL, XML/Web Services and Linux knowledge;
  • Right at home in an Agile environment;
  • Comfortable and experienced in Jira;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills who learns quickly.

  • Experience as a Leader;
  • Mobile testing experience;
  • Experience in ATG/eCommerce.
