DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Community Event Assistant for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Organize external and internal events with up to 200 participants as a coordinator and executor as well;
  • Communicate with different kinds of customers inside of the company and outside as well;
  • Familiarize with external suppliers for venues, catering and entertainment;
  • Improve current practice;
  • Participate in Community Building Processes creation and support.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in events organization;
  • Experience working at an event agency or company;
  • Experience in conference organization;
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc;
  • Good command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate written level);
  • Higher education (major in Psychology/Sociology/Management).
