DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Lead Global Mobility Specialist for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.

The candidate should be self-motivated and team-oriented with developed ability to understand the needs of travelers and must be a problem-solver with high level of communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for managers and transferees through the management of international and domestic relocations;
  • Monitor each and every case of relocation and be the main liaison for transferees for any issues/impediments they may face during the relocation process and address them to relevant services supervising the progress of their resolution;
  • Act as a facilitator for transferees guiding them and holding regular communication aimed on making relocation process manageable, predictable and fast;
  • Monitor the overall efficiency of collaboration between various services involved into the relocation process, disclose gaps or areas for improvements and actively address them to make the process smother and faster;
  • Track and register statuses of relocation cases, report issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis;
  • Closely cooperate and maintain trustful relationships with Talent Acquisition, Human Resource and Resource Management groups;
  • Follow up to answer additional questions and inform the relocation team and other involved parties of the outcome, questions, challenges, needs analysis, follow up schedule, etc;
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments;
  • Interact professionally with other employees, managers, vendors;
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business management or other related field is preferred;
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service/HR experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal English;
  • Understanding of peculiarities of the international relocation/employment process (experience with the Czech Republic as a destination is preferred);
  • Must be well-organized and able to multitask to coordinate a smooth relocation process;
  • Must be able to negotiate and problem solve effectively;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset;
  • Looking-for-solution mindset, excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Czech language;
  • Knowledge of Czech labor/immigration law.
