DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for our McLean, VA office to make the team even stronger.

As a HR M&P Integration Specialist, you will help EPAM address the specific details and tasks that surround mergers and acquisitions. You will flex your muscles and expertise in HR strategy, plan design, compliance, and communication to help the company address and resolve the issues of change in order to complete successful integration, including the smooth assimilation of employees and the implementation of new benefit plans.

Responsibilities

  • Client/Region/Industry Talent Strategy/Development (in partnership with business);
  • Partner to develop and execute Engagement and Learning & Development programs;
  • Partner with leaders to manage and execute performance/promotion activities;
  • Build a positive employee experience that leads to improvements in business performance and increased levels of employee engagement;
  • Build the leaders of the future through succession planning and related action plans;
  • Lead NA talent initiatives on behalf of broader team.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of benefits and compensation within mergers and acquisitions, preferably with a focus on the buyer’s side;
  • Considerable knowledge of merger integration assistance and post-transaction human resource strategy, integration and organization design;
  • Working knowledge of human resources, compensation, and benefits services;
  • Comprehensive skills in both domestic and global reporting;
  • Considerable experience identifying and addressing internal needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of relationships and community involvement;
  • Considerable experience as a Team Leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
