Currently we are looking for a .NET Team Leader for our Prague office to make the team even stronger.

Our client is an Investment Bank who provides large corporate, government and institutional clients with a full spectrum of solutions to their strategic advisory, financing and risk management needs. Located globally, we operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment requiring strong technology, finance, quantitative, and communication skills. Work is typically to tight timescales in an environment where delivery of IT solutions to revenue-earning areas of the business is critical.

The project is a standardized, flexible, highly parallelized and distributed workflow execution framework. It allows developers to organize application logic into independent processing steps so that execution of these can benefit from high throughput, on-demand scalability, fault tolerance, prioritization, virtualization, and real-time monitoring. It encourages breaking down application logic into components and as a result The Framework provides the following benefits: real-time/historic monitoring, instrumentation, language and platform interoperability and 32/64-bit support.

Responsibilities

  • Take participation in all daily activities with Customers;
  • Take task ownership and responsibility for its completeness;
  • Review changes;
  • Follow up the development rules, policies and standards;
  • Write new functionality, based on requirements;
  • Support current application;
  • Be able to quickly resolved production issues and incidents;
  • Estimate tasks and write technical solution;
  • Check and control task status for teammates;
  • Take participation in task planning;
  • Be responsible for technical review;
  • Be responsible for code quality;
  • Be responsible for test coverage;
  • Be responsible for communication with customers, both from IT and business side;
  • Manage local team;
  • Take participation in defining scope of project, based on current team workload;
  • Provide regular reports to customers;
  • Be responsible for team delivery on time, with expected scope and with expected quality.

Requirements

  • Team City Server (usage knowledge);
  • Git\Stash\Bitbucket (usage knowledge; practical experience during at least 6 months in real projects);
  • JIRA (practical experience at least 1 year);
  • Nexus\Nuget;
  • Agile: Scrum (practical experience is required);
  • Solid knowledge in OOP concepts;
  • Elastic Search;
  • .NET Asynchronous developing approaches;
  • Multithreading;
  • .NET Serialization\Deserialization;
  • XML Serialization\Deserialization; XSD; JSON;
  • Error catching, logging and managing;
  • .Net Events;

  • Experience with distributed systems (Data Synapse or NServiceBus);
