Currently we are looking for a Functional Tester for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking Functional Testers with a great level of knowledge in formal test design techniques as well as experience applying the fundamental test process. The candidate should be able to provide estimations, create test documentation such as test cases, test plans and test strategies, as well as provide guidance for other less experienced team members.


  • Apply formal techniques to analyze and create test cases;
  • Create, modify and execute test cases in multiple browsers;
  • Report and follow up of defects found;
  • Participate in status meetings.


  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • 1+ year of experience working as a Functional Tester;
  • Experience applying formal techniques for analysis and design of test cases;
  • Able to modify documentation already created by other team members (test plans, test cases, etc.);
  • High problem solving skills;
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and processes (test levels, test types, test process, etc.);
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • SQL;
  • XML;
  • ISTQB Foundations Level certification;
  • Providing estimates for test case design/execution.
