Currently we are looking for a Compliance Manager for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

EPAM is seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance Manager to join our big account of 1000+ professionals and work with a world-known customer.

Business trips to other EPAM offices in Russia, Ukraine, Poland and Mexico are possible.

  • Collaborate closely with distributed projects, managerial teams and internal services;
  • Perform internal audits on a regular basis to assess and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk;
  • Assist with external audits and assessments;
  • Develop and implement action plans for resolution of problematic issues, provide guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future;
  • Create, maintain and enhance policies/procedures to prevent and detect compliance vulnerability;
  • Develop, establish and maintain compliance processes for employees onboarding, offboarding and transition;
  • Establish, maintain and oversee confidential and consistent reporting and investigations procedures in collaboration with other internal stakeholders;
  • Create, track and maintain employees trainings on compliance issues;
  • Provide reports on a regular basis to managerial team to keep them informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.


  • 3+ years’ project or program management experience;
  • Excellent proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint);
  • Ability to manage independently a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues;
  • Experience conducting internal investigations, including interviews, document review and reporting;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+) level of English;
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed;
  • Work mindset that is flexible, positive, and constructively manages change;
  • Experience working with customers;
  • Experience in IT industry;
  • Technical background is a plus.
