Currently we are looking for a Program Manager for our Mountain View, CA office to make the team even stronger.

The Technology Solutions team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help Content Operations Vertical manage its spending, access & help the compliance function with contracts related processes. As a Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including Finance and Business. You will create and manage cross-functional workflows to ensure all stakeholders are in sync, update technical configurations, and provide proactive communications on a regular basis. You will work on a development system, collaborating with stakeholders to drive the roadmap for systems integration and assuring that system structures align with business requirements. When unexpected things happen, you should be able to query databases, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and develop creative strategies and solutions. You should be comfortable switching between multiple hats, whether it is a data analyst, operations consultant or a project manager.


  • Work with business leads and compliance manager to define and manage business processes and technology solution roadmaps. Manage change. Implement new ideas effectively. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. Provide functional subject matter expertise. Anticipate customer’s needs. Interface with partners within and outside of Google. Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements. Assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be). Apply analytical skills to rationalize change. Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements. Manage complex projects to major milestones. Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates, (ability to tell the story), obtain executive approval. Conduct weekly project meetings. Communicate project status;
  • Track FVA for teams reporting into Technology Solutions, identify opportunities to reduce costs, create monthly financial reports on spends;
  • Work on tool access policies and maintenance projects. Create configuration files for a new team setup. Audit access setup for teams;
  • Work with the compliance team on legal contracts and check accuracy of their implementation on internal platforms. Create compliance reports for adherence/accuracy of contract process and their implementation.


  • Law degree/diploma OR BA/BS degree preferred in Technology Management, Management Science and Engineering, MIS, Data Science, Computer Science;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work cross functionally to communicate nuances between technical and nontechnical stakeholders;
  • Strong record of a cross-functional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills;
  • Ability to prepare executive briefings and project presentations;
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency;
  • Basic querying skills (experience in internal google querying platform is a plus);
  • Formal project management education or 3+ years of relevant experience is a must;
  • Ability to maneuver & understand legal contracts and legal language is a must;
