Currently we are looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Communications for our Conshohocken, PA office to make the team even stronger.

The Senior Manager, Internal Communications, will be responsible for managing organization-wide employee communications to promote a unified, global culture and ensure employees understand the company’s vision, purpose, core values and business strategy. This person is also responsible for leading projects related to organizational communications, soliciting feedback about communications needs, and ensuring that we are meeting those needs. We are looking for someone who can bring a creative and innovative communications style to engage a young, global workforce. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Communications.


  • Develop and implement a proactive internal communications plan to support a communication strategy consistent with a hyper-growth company with a geographically diverse employee audience;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for content teams to determine the best communications strategies for internal company communication channels, including but not limited to intranet portal, internal social network, executive email communications and video-content management;
  • Work with stakeholders to develop messages and communications consistent with EPAM’s external presence;
  • Support cultural changes through communications and internal activities to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with business goals;
  • Measure effectiveness of internal campaigns and channels and provide recommendations to department leaders to optimize communications flow, message integration and channels • Partner with the Corporate Communications team to deliver crisis/issues communication plans targeted to internal audiences;

  • Knowledge of and experience in demonstrating strong leadership and relationship skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing required;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications in global company, preferably for an IT services company;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; present ideas and information in a concise, organized manner, with excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to successfully manage complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish;
  • Ability to analyze content and channel effectiveness;
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a pressure driven, deadline oriented environment. Excellent judgment, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment;
  • Results driven strategic thinker; ability to identify and prioritize key opportunities and implement change expediently;
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and work independently and as part of a team.
