Currently we are looking for a Senior Java Support Engineer for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.

  • Perform the function of a Senior Engineer in a support team;
  • Provide support to a middleware application on a 10 AM to 7 PM shift;
  • Create good quality deliverables;
  • Be self-managed, implement functionality without supervision and test his/her work thoroughly using test cases.


  • At least 5 years of production software development experience;
  • Proficiency in Java (3+ years);
  • Basic knowledge of Linux;
  • Experience with bug/development tracking systems;
  • Understanding of concepts of software development cycle;
  • Follow and understand a defined ITIL/ITSM process, train other team members, and contribute in process improvement;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Java Core;
  • Java Spring - Core;
  • Apache CXF;
  • SOAP/Restful Services development;
  • Maven;
  • Git;
  • Strong ownership and personal responsibility;
  • Team player.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Apache Camel;
  • Experience with Red Hat JBoss Fuse;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is essential.
