Currently we are looking for a Staffing Manager/Senior Staffing Coordinator for Digital Marketing projects.

As a Staffing Manager/Senior Staffing Coordinator, you will perform planning, execution and control of the staffing process across all the delivery centers and locations to ensure S.M.A.R.T staffing for Digital Marketing projects. Staffing Manager/Senior Staffing Coordinator will work closely with TA, HR and Operations to help build robust, effective and scalable Project Staffing processes. He/she will be responsible for driving resources planning and assignments for projects which require on-time delivery of components from multiple locations in order to be completed successfully. The candidates for this position are expected to apply previous high volume hiring or staffing experience.


  • Partner with local and global Delivery Centers to support scheduling and execution of staffing events on a regular basis to build and maintain an appropriate tunnel of candidates for Digital Marketing projects positions;
  • Partner with Business Units to support upcoming opportunities staffing and plan/forecast upcoming projects positions;
  • Coordinate Digital Marketing staffing group as part of EPAM global staffing process;
  • Close work with TA, HR and Operations teams for resource planning and forecast;
  • Track and maintain statistics with Analysts Group on effectiveness of staffing process through weekly reports on staffing/positions data for presentation to Solutions Practice leadership team.


  • 2+ years of IT project management experience;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Experience in distributed teams’ management;
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills;
  • Understanding of project management/SDLC processes;
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing or Human Resources administration or a related field, or equivalent years of education and related experience;
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.

  • Prior hands-on Project Management experience;
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools.
