Currently we are looking for a Project Manager for our Amsterdam office to make our team even stronger.

As a Project Manager, you will be working closely with a team of support engineers, developers, architects to deliver of integration and testing services for enterprise level customers in a complex environment – successfully and on time.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all tasks and resources on projects – including client and third party vendor resources. The successful candidate is expected to have strong management, analysis and communication skills, to be stress tolerant.


  • Perform project planning for assigned projects and schedules workload;
  • Ensure, with co-operation of the Resource Managers, appropriate allocation of resources to meet the schedule;
  • Supervise assigned projects by monitoring status and deliverables;
  • Report with status to client and EPAM;
  • Act as a front-line contact on all project-related issues;
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and with quality;
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues, as required;
  • Technical solution and business solution understanding.


  • 3+ years’ experience in project management or operations management;
  • Participation as a project lead in IT infrastructure projects (rollout of new IT infrastructures, integration with existing IT environment, etc.);
  • Combination of technical knowledge and leadership;
  • Technical background, preferable system administration (Windows, Linux);
  • Good command of English;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Knowledge of ITIL and PMI best practices is a plus;
  • MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
